Question: Competing on the armor rod event. If the roller is mounted straight to the pole, will that not add too much slack in the wire when you install the poly-bell? Is there a specific roller that is being used to allow for the added space of the insulator? If so, what is the manufacturer and part number, so that we can get a few?
Answer: Yes, there will be a short bell between the roller and pole. Unfortunately the bell didn’t make it into the spec. page. The roller will be a Sherman & Riley #XS-100.

Question: Regarding question #6. On the C1X, apprentice event, you said that the crossarms will be on opposite sides of the pole. Looking at the pole from the side that the neutral is mounted, which side will the top arm be on? And are they built with DA bolts to allow for the space in between? Because the picture shows them both being on the same side.
Answer: Top arm will be on the right, bottom arm will be on left. There will be a DA bolt where the 2 arms meet. The bolts through the pole will be machine bolts.
