  March 10, 2008 5:00 P.M. Early Registration Deadline for Teams and Apprentices (Save $$$)
  March 31, 2008 5:00 P.M. Late Registration Deadline for Teams, and Apprentices.
  March 10, 2008 5:00 P.M. Deadline for Ordering Caps, T-shirts, Meal and Banquet Tickets.
  April 11, 2008 5:00 P.M. Registration Deadline for Judges.
       
       
       

2008 Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo May 2 & 3, 2008

  Friday May 2, 2008 All activities on May 2 will be in the Miller Murphy Howard Building
    8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Chief Judges Meeting - Meeting Room A
    10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Exhibitor Show & Luncheon
    1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Team & Apprentice Registration Mystery Events Announced
    1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Judges Meeting, Meeting Room D (Judges will receive their event assignments at this time)
       
  Saturday May 3, 2008  
    7:00 a.m. Concession stand will open with coffee & doughnuts
    7:15 a.m. Apprentice Written Test – Under the Lunch Tent
    7:50 a.m. Opening Remarks & National Anthem
    8:00 a.m. Competition Begins
    11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lunch Served
    3:00 p.m. Competition Ends
    5:30 p.m. Awards Dinner, Miller Murphy Howard Building
    6:30 p.m. Awards Program, Miller Murphy Howard Building
       
As a participant in the 2008 Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo, you are invited to attend the Exhibitor Show & Luncheon on Friday, May 2, from 10 AM – 1 PM. 

Vendors from around the Southeast will be displaying the latest tools and equipment pertinent to Electric Utility Linemen.  Exhibitor participation is a very important part of the Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo, so please come and support their sponsorship of this worthwhile event.

Lunch will be provided free of charge and there will be a drawing for door prizes at the conclusion of the show, but you must be present to win.
