Georgia Lineman's Rodeo Association
About GLRA
The G.L.R.A. – Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo Association, is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia.
The purpose of the association is to support andconduct an annual Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo, to maintain a focus on safety, training, and safe work practices in the electric utility industry, and to promote relationships among the electric utility companies in Georgia and the Southeast.
The association is composed of members from three electric utility entities within the State of Georgia. These entities include the Georgia Electric Membership Corporation, Georgia Power, and the Electric Cities of Georgia. The Board of Directors of the association is composed of three members, one from each of the three entities.
